HIFU uses ultrasound to lift and tighten deeper layers across larger areas like the full face, neck and jowls. Plasma fibroblast uses a fine plasma arc to tighten skin on smaller, precise areas such as hooded eyelids, the upper lip and the brow. Many clients combine the two. HIFU has little to no downtime. Your skin may feel slightly tender or look a touch pink for a few hours. Plasma fibroblast leaves tiny carbon dots that crust and flake away over about 7 days, and there can be some swelling around the eyes at first. We give you clear aftercare so everything heals well.
You may notice some firmness straight away, but the real lift builds over 8 to 12 weeks as new collagen forms. Results typically last 12 to 18 months, depending on your age, skin and lifestyle.
